What makes the Cloudpillo adjustable?

The Cloudpillo is filled with shredded memory foam that can be added or removed. This allows you to customize the height and firmness to match your specific sleeping position, whether you are a side, back, or stomach sleeper.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Depending on your location, standard shipping usually takes between 2 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Do you offer a trial period?

Yes, we offer a 30-night trial period. We believe it takes time for your body to adjust to a new pillow. If you are not completely satisfied within the first 30 nights, you can return it for a full refund.

Is the Cloudpillo machine washable?

The outer cover of the Cloudpillo is fully machine washable at 30°C. However, the inner memory foam filling should not be washed. We recommend airing out the foam occasionally to keep it fresh.
